March Recap: 900 Tacos, Hope in Liberia, and how showing up changes everything.

This past March was a living testimony of what God can do when the Church steps outside the building and into the streets. From Portland to Eugene and even across oceans to Liberia, we witnessed lives transformed, souls saved, and communities united through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Every taco served, every Bible handed out, every hug shared, and every prayer spoken was for one purpose: God’s glory and His Kingdom.

This month, hundreds of volunteers from dozens of churches became one body — The Church — taking the Good News to the broken, the lost, the overlooked, and the seeking. Whether through street outreach, recovery partnerships, men’s conferences, car seat donations, or international missions, God showed up powerfully.

And guess what? Your prayers matter. Every step we take is powered by a praying Church body and we’re just getting started with 2025.

Here’s what God did in March. Let’s celebrate the goodness of God and stay bold in the streets, workplaces, neighborhoods, and homes.

March 2: Praise God! Multiple churches coming together all apart of The Church to hit the streets in Portland and make disciples of Jesus Christ. We had some neighbors get saved by grace through faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ alone for salvation and the forgiveness of their sins. There was one brother that made the decision to get off the streets and into adult and teen challenge. Many folks asked for and were given new Bibles and many other needs were met. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! Thank you so much Soaring Heights Recovery Homes! They are one of our eternal impact partners. Will be hittin the streets with the Gospel of Jesus Christ while handing out these treats SHRH shared with us to give to those in need. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 7: Praise God! What a blessing it was to be interviewed by our brother Mike Lee today up in Portland. Mike is with Salem Media Group which consists of many radio stations. Today we shared testimonies about many wondrous deeds of the Lord. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! Thank You God for this moment with my brother in Christ! All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 8: Praise God! Today family from Salem Heights Church, Calvary Chapel Salem, Jefferson Baptist Church, Solid Rock Community Church, Life Bible Church and family from other surrounding area Churches as well. All coming together in unity pursuing the fulfillment of the great commission. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

Praise God! Today we were blessed at the Calvary Chapel Men’s Rise up conference in Corvallis! Many men got saved today by believing in the Gospel of Jesus Christ for salvation and the forgiveness of their sins. We were fed with sustenance from above straight out of the Word of God! All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 15: Praise God! This morning in the Word of God with a bunch of men at my home church Salem Heights was awesome! All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 17: Praise God! Thank you God for this moment with Officer Ramirez. We love serving side by side with our brothers and sisters from Salem Police Department. These brand new car seats will be utilized in patrol cars for transporting kiddos. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 18: Praise God! Today Puttin feet to the byways with Soaring Heights Recovery Homes, Ideal Options and Salem Housing Authority. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 22: Praise God! We See You 2025 Eugene. Today family from Grace Fellowship Church, Salem Heights Church, Calvary Chapel Salem, Jefferson Baptist Church, Solid Rock Community Church, The Most Excellent Way, Joy Church Salem, Ones Purpose, and Adult and Teen Challenge all came together to co-labor in the harvest and make disciples of Jesus Christ. A bunch of neighbors got saved today by believing in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ the Son of God for salvation and the forgiveness of their sins. These folks were connected directly to the local church. Thank you so much to Easter Seals Veteran services, Morrison Child and Family services, and a huge shout out to NACHOS LOCOS for 900 amazing tacos for those in need. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

Matthew 9 verse 35 Jesus continued going around to all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness. 36 When he saw the crowds, he felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dejected, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. 38 Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.”

March 24: Praise God! Check out all these Hope Dealers in Liberia! That's our brother Bob there in the back he has a large school there for all these Kiddos! All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 28: Praise God! What an awesome night at the NLF graduation at the Union Gospel Mission of Salem. There were 4 brothers and 1 sister with her son that shared of the great things God has done for them. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 30: Praise God! A team of 85 from multiple churches and ministries, all part of The Church, hit the streets yesterday in Portland, Oregon, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Everyone has a sin problem, and the Gospel is the only solution. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!

March 31: Praise God! Today with family down at the Eugene mission was a blessing. We greatly look forward to having them at our upcoming evangelism events in Eugene. We also hope to see some folks make the decision to get off the streets and enter their life change program. All for God’s glory and His Kingdom! YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!
